"I come in here and I was a nervous wreck. I hadn’t been to a dentist in years because of finances and because I was told at 18 years old that my teeth were going to rot from the inside out and there was nothing they could do, so I gave up on my mouth. I was told that and I gave up. I come in and he looked at me and I told him what the dentist had said and he told me, ‘Oh, I can’t believe he said that. There’s always something we can do.’ Sure enough, he started working on me and before you know it, here it was in perfection.

Everything had to be just right and if it wasn’t, then we did it again. Everything had to be just right. He’s very, very thorough and kind. I was so embarrassed and they never made me feel that way. They never made me feel that way. They took me in and helped me through this more than anybody will ever know. It’s just something, I don’t know, you just have to … You experience it, so it was horrible. I didn’t go anywhere. I didn’t do anything. I just couldn’t. I was very … I cared about my parents and it just started falling.

You just get to where you don’t care when you can’t do anything about it. He gave me my life back. He gave me my life back, and not only that, the physical part. I mean, all that poison was going in my system. I couldn’t eat. I’ve lost so much weight. I couldn’t eat. I couldn’t anything. He gave me my life more than … More ways than one."

"Fear of going to the dentist is partially why I ended up with dentures. It had gotten to the point that I could not eat nuts, and I was afraid to eat things with my front teeth. I couldn’t eat lettuce or spinach, so I was not eating well. I had no confidence when I smiled, none. The most important thing he’s done I know is giving me my health back, because if you don’t have a healthy mouth, from what I understand it can affect your heart. A lot of other things as well. That’s the most important part.

Secondly, and almost as important, he gave me my confidence back. Now I can smile, because before I started having problems with my teeth I loved smiling. I got to where for pictures or anything I never opened my mouth, and I was able to start doing that again. Definitely my confidence, and feeling almost like I have a new lease on life."

"It’s pretty easy. Yeah. I mean, I think when I used to go the dentist, years ago, you always got a shot to numb you before they would start. Now they use, I don’t know it is, but they use some kind of deal where there’s no pain at all. I’d tell you they always give you good service. I’d say that it is a painless kind of thing, because most people hate to go to the dentist, because it’s a painful thing. They get you in, and they get you out. Hardly ever do I have to wait. If I come in, and my appointment’s at a certain time, I get in. I’ve never called here about an emergency that they didn’t take me right in. That means a lot to me, that I can get in immediately."

"One of my favorite things is he has a camera that he can stick in your mouth and take pictures of your teeth, like that are way back in the far back that we can’t really see ourselves. I have a couple of teeth that, like today I had a crown done. To show me exactly what was going wrong with it, he could take pictures. Then he has some pictures from past that show the wearing away and stuff like that, so I can physically see myself that, yes, there has been more damage done and it needs to be fixed.

Definitely worth going to. Today when he numbed my tooth for the crown, I don’t even feel it. It’s already worn off. When I’ve had fillings in the past, by the time I leave, they’ve worn off. I don’t even feel when they put the numbingness in. Yeah, I mean his practice, the staff is great. The technology’s awesome. They do a great job in caring for you and taking care of your teeth and really good at teaching you how to do things better if you are having issues."

"I came in and my crown ... It had been like 5 or 6 years old. They had to replace it. They were able to get it done all in 1 day, with like an hour and a half time, so I didn't have to come back. Working 40 to 50 hours a week, it's nice to be able to get it in here and get it done. It was a very easy process. The bite was perfect."


"The gums are better. I’m not having any trouble at all with them but I was having very little if any before, but then what they are doing is cleaning below the gum level and getting out whatever that I can’t get out by brushing. That has always been a super good thing, keeps my gums healthy. If you want to keep your teeth, the same teeth. I have my same teeth, I’m eighty now and I’ve got a couple of teeth but I have most of my own teeth from birth, and it’s because of getting good care all these years."

"Straightened me out on a few things that were going wrong. They put a filling, a crown and deep clean. I had pain, I had discomfort, and I wasn’t sleeping as well as I should have been, as I could have been. Now, I’m sleeping better, feeling better. It is so like the old one. They didn’t make it like nice and streamlined. It feels natural in my mouth. It feels like the one that’s supposed to be there. I have to think about, oh yeah, that’s not the one that was there. That’s the cap that they put on, cap or crown he put on.

All the contours are just the contours as before. You look at it as a model. It ain’t necessarily a pretty thing, but it’s mine and it fits, and that’s what I’ve been used to all these years. It’s good. Everybody here, not just has a caring attitude, but really seems to care about me, how I feel and how I’m enduring the procedure, whatever it may be. That’s very important. Dr. Kirchner is a good guy. I like him."

"I had some dental work done on a tooth in the back of my mouth years ago but it was one of those situations where at the time the cavity, to deal with it almost half the tooth was gone anyway and so there was a little additional decay and so Dr. Kirchner recommended we go ahead and just remove the tooth, the bulk of the tooth because of the issue. I came in for that appointment and it was definitely interesting.

Technology has definitely improved in dental care since I started going to the dentist. From the anesthesia to the mapping of the tooth area to create the crown. All of that was done within a two and a half, three hour visit. The mold and everything. There was no return visit to have the crown put on, it was all done same day. I don’t think anybody likes sitting in a dentist’s chair for three hours but in hindsight it was a relatively painless process. I haven’t had any complaints."

"I chose to become a patient of Dr. Kirchner’s because after 25 years of working in the dental industry, I worked with Dr. Kirchner on a professional level for several weeks and watched him and his staff work. They work well together. They’re knowledgeable. He is probably one of the best clinicians I’ve seen. I’ve seen hundreds. I have a great level of trust in him as well as his staff.

It’s a pleasant environment. He’s got the latest technology as well, which makes a big difference to me. He found a couple things that were going on. I’ve had issues ongoing for 3 or 4 years and been to several specialists. Nobody knew what was going on with 1 area of my mouth. He knew immediately and explained to me what needed to be done. He’s treated it. It’s better. It was a situation where I possibly could have lost a tooth. It was a pretty big deal to me. It was painless, quick. 2 appointments and I was done."

"I’ve got a little bit of TMJ. The bite guard was referred to use for myself, just because he noticed that especially when I open my mouth during the examination, I would have to adjust my jaw every once and a while. He knows that people with TMJs, especially if they have to work their jaw a lot and at night if I bite down on, you know, just grind or anything like that that the bite guard will help alleviate any pain especially in the morning. I get a fuller night sleep. I’m able to sleep through the night, wake up in the morning a little more refreshed rather than having pain in the morning.

I love the staff here. Doctor’s really good. He does a very good job on making sure he’s thorough. The staff’s really good at being thorough as well. Really, super friendly. All my kids come here. All my family come here. I found myself actually referring a lot of people to come here just because of how friendly they are and how well they treat people."

"Why do I love coming to this practice? They make you feel comfortable, and they do a great job. I just can’t express how good the staff is, all of them. Some of them don’t even know me, and they have been very respectful, and courteous, and supportive and complimentary. That makes a big difference, I think, where you go. Some people in business practices, hi, how are you, and you go on, but here they make you feel like you’re part of their family. I think that’s a big thing, and you feel comfortable coming back. I’ve been here a lot in the past couple months. They’re all very, very positive. I don’t think I’ve met a negative person here. It’s been a very good experience for me."

"Through a regular checkup Dr. Kirchner found I had a crack in my tooth and in repairing that crack, it became obvious that a crown was going to be needed as opposed to just fill in the crack. I was a little nervous about the whole process. He kept making sure that I was pain-free. He increased the novocaine in different increments, in small increments, until I got to the point where I felt I didn’t feel any discomfort. With him taking care of me so well, I got over that fear, and then when I had to come in for a second crown, I didn’t have any apprehension. It was just another visit to Dr. Kirchner and the girls. I feel very, very comfortable. They make me feel at ease."

"I had some issue with medicine after my initial visit and I was able to reach him. I called him early in the morning. I actually had a dry socket and called early in the morning and he took care of everything right immediately.

In two different times, I was able to come in because of his early hours. I came in at 07:00 in the morning and he was bale to take care of it. Yes, he was ahead then. It wasn’t a come back next week or make an appointment. It was how soon can you be here?"

"I’ve had a lot of dental problems over the years. Probably, a lot of it stems from being in the Navy, and drinking man-made water for several years while I was on a ship. In any event, the goal has always been to keep my natural teeth, and we pursued that journey for years. My upper teeth were quickly deteriorating, and he did the best he could to keep what he could, but then, he got to a choice. He gave me the choices. ‘We can do this, this, or this.’ I’m very frugal, so I looked at the financial part of it as well, and it just seemed like more sense to get the denture, versus keep putting fillings and crowns, and everything else in there. He was with me 100% on that.

Of course, at that point, we had to pull all my teeth, which he offers that service here, versus having to go to an oral surgeon, make two different trips to get the job done. He tries to make everything very understood, what’s going to transpire, and he walks you through it each time you come in, and if there’s something even a little bit off with whatever work he does, whether it be the denture, or some of the things I mentioned about the fillings, bridges, if he’s not happy with it, he sends it back to the denture to be adjusted, or else he makes adjustments. There’s never been a problem about getting in when I didn’t have an appointment, because that’s just the kind of care he gives. If you need him, he’s there."

"I know Dr. Kirchner a little bit from outside the practice, but the thing that has really impressed is just how he is really willing to go above and beyond to make sure things are handled correctly. My mom was visiting from out of town and had an issue with a bone fragment in her mouth. Dr. Kirchner, we met him at church that day and talked to him a little bit about it and he said, ‘Well why don’t you come on over, the practice is right down the road and I’ll take care of it.’ 15 minutes later, he had the fragment out. My mom was in a much, much better place and Dr. Kirchner was just very kind and compassionate about it. Handled it quickly. I don’t know many people, many dentists, who’ll just say, ‘Hey, on an off day come let me take care of that for you.’ I really appreciate that about him and just his willingness to care for his patients."

"I’ve been putting it off for a while and finally was like, it’s the point that it had to be done. I had a filling in that tooth quite a while back and he kept watch on it and finally it came to the point where he said it’s just to the point that the filling was a pretty large part of the tooth and it was getting to the point where it was starting to deteriorate and let food particles in. There was a concern for decay starting, so he recommended to finally put the foot down and get it done. They said it’d be about three hours and it’s all done in-house. I came in. They cleaned out the filling, prepped the tooth, scanned it, built the crown, put it on, and I’m done. I don’t have to come back anymore. Didn’t have to do any of the nasty impressions or any of that stuff. I’m excited. I’m done."
