About Us

Dr. Jacobi received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Indiana University School of Dentistry in 1975. He has been in private practice since then, and enjoys the challenges and opportunities that are part of a high quality dental practice focused on advanced dental care.

Dr. Jacobi is an active member of many professional organizations and dental study groups to stay on the leading edge of dental science in order to bring excellent dental care to his patients.  He recognized as a Fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry and is an active member of the American Dental Association, Indiana Dental Association, the Louisville Implant Study Club, and Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation.  He is also a charter member of the Louisville Aesthetic Masters Study Club.  This commitment to continuing education is essential to bring the latest technology and techniques to our patients for their benefit.  He has been recognized as one of "America's Top Dentists" by the Consumers Research Council in the categories of General, Cosmetic and Implant Dentistry.  He is also listed in "Who's Who in Dentistry".

Dr. Jacobi has presented numerous seminars to dentists on camera technology and patient care.  He has given many seminars to the public on dental care and the benefits of dental implant therapy.  He has been the dental consultant to several extended care facilities and helped establish the Clark Family Health dental clinic for the community.

Dr. Jacobi is also active in many civic organizations including the Rotary Club, United Way, American Cancer Society, and the Community Foundation of Southern Indiana and Clark Family Health Center.  As a lifelong resident of the area he is committed to the health of this community.  He has recently been recognized by two local nonprofit organizations as volunteer of the year with the "Gold Leaf" award.
